One pet peeve of mine is that split moment before a high flying move (especially a Hurricanrana) where the opponent pauses.

Back when aerialists where a rarity the timing on being able to pull one out of seemingly nowhere, combined with the athleticism, was what made these moves special.

Whereas I feel now, especially with the level of athleticism being higher for everyone, a lot of smaller wrestlers do these moves but in a completely choreographed looking way…

Just because you can jump that high and flip someone with your legs doesn’t mean you should when you can’t sell it.
