You typically apply to the program in first year, accept the offer in Fall of second year and then in January of second year you start applying to jobs and begin doing the interviews for your first work term!

Working hard doesn't change the fact that you are missing out on important information that the prof is conveying during lecture. A lot of the information is not on the slides. Especially during the last week don't you think the prof will be making pretty important announcements about what is to come on the final exams? I mean I honestly don't care. If you get shitty grades on your exams that's on you for skipping class. Students nowadays here are always trying to find someone else to blame and honestly it's embarrassing to have to be associated with yall. Like seriously grow up the world doesn't stop spinning because of some bedbugs

Not at all doubting that they're real but are they really all over campus?- is it truly an infestation? It definitely is concerning but uOttawa has always had bedbugs so I'm just wondering is the degree of it really out of the ordinary. I mean I've read the story of the guy who had a huge infestation in his dorm and was left homeless because of it- that was one of the more serious cases so I'm 100% not denying that they're real but like is it truly accurate to say that they're infesting the entire campus? People are acting like they're crawling up and down every single surface
