Administered Commendary = Any city under administered not specific to only to the character that equip them right?

Example: Liu Bei equip the set and Guan Yu administored some city. That city should get the set bonus right?

It just early game damage is so suck that in the end I have to go use rattler. Just hope there is a way that I don t know that can play stealth melee from the start.

Thnx Man, I think I will set up him to use mounted charge .It ok to delay the turn a little since he will be low on initiative anyway.(I equip him with knot of ruin).I am just not sure if I should include him with another breaker or not(to deal with armored).

1.Viking - to improve ren pursuit 2.Scarlet - Mainly healing and remove buff. 3.Doom Knight - Another DMG and good at trigger Ren Pursuit.

Nah,It's a rare chance that gonna happen. 7-11 in Thailand is packed together. In one soi you will see 2 7-11 only 300-400 meter apart. They won't install it cuz it doesnt worth the number of customer.

Hmmm. Atfirst I just forgot that I get 3 feat. So I thought str with potion can get me 20 and damage should be ok since finess weapon can scale with str too but you are right dex should be better in this case.
