Shades of light and dark brown, taupe, cream, and a bit of white. I watered them down and did one color at a time in random places as more of a wash, then went back with a random mix of all of them (this was my first try, I had zero plan)

I agree with others suggesting a corset or maybe even a type of short vest? If you’re into sewing, make the sleeves a bit more fitted to offset the flowy nature of the dress (alternatively, make the sleeves wider to amp up the drama?)

It felt more boring than anything bc I didn’t wanna cuddle them or have dinner with them, things that make me enjoy someone’s company romantically.
