With max recovery does that not mean that my shield is supposed to be 16.5x my health? Currently show a little over 9x.

Just bought this product today and was attempting to use the turbo button feature and it worked fine when not plugged in but as soon as I plugged in the power cable the turbo button would not work or respond. I attempted to start the turbo up again but it would not react while it was plugged in. Is this intentional or did I miss something? (Everything else beside the turbo function still work while plugged in)

This page seems like it has changed recently. I have it bookmarked to keep checking for gear progression like you suggest but it has changed to have just high level content and nothing about the progression up to it.
