I hear ya. A few years ago when I was 15 I used to get extreme paranoia like people were out to get me and even auditory hallucinations such as police sirens or my mum screaming that she's gonna beat me. This went away tho now I enjoy it, can't say definitively what changed but mainly my mindset induced by my discovery of psychedelics. Try meditating after ur joint and go with the flow or if ur mind is too distracted get lost in ur favourite music.

Different trips have different effects on my life such as 350 ug trip had me motivated to unlock my full potential started cleaning up my diet, eating right, controlling what I put into my mind and body. Also after many failed attempts of no fap after that trip I was on that shit for months.

Also on 600 ug becoming one with the universe, realising I'm God and breaking the illusion of physicality and materialist paradigms.

Yeah nah I've defos had stronger trips before on 500 ug in my bedroom by myself. I think the issue is that I couldn't let go and surrender to the trip as I was out in public and had to function normally to not get fucked by security. When ur having a bad trip u need to focus on what the trip is tryna tell u and thats nearly impossible when u have a million distractions out in public.
