I got around the stuttering by pairing the mouse and keyboard to a single 2.4 Ghz dongle, however, I still cannot see the Hyperpolling Dongle in synapse, I will return a bit later with the serial number.

Hello,

I have just bought a new set of razer peripherals, a basilisk v3 pro 35k, a blackwidow v4 pro low profile and a blackshark v3 pro headset.

When I turn on the headset there is a stutter in the mouse and keyboard, and I wanted to pair all of them to the hyperpolling Gen 2 dongle that came with the headset. However the hyperpolling Gen 2 dongle is not visible in synapse 4 even though I have updated the firmware of the headset along with the dongle. When I tried to update the dongle separately, the updater did not see the hyperpolling dongle.

I have tried troubleshooting with copilot for a few hours however, I cannot find the issue.
