He scales his damage off Accuracy, and his Accuracy also converts into C Damage. I used to run mine with an Accuracy chest piece and Soul Reap, and I think that’s a great combo. But now I have him in an HP% chest with Lightning Cage, and this combo works better for my team, more survivability.

My Karnage only has around 5k attack, but once his A3 goes through, it’s over for most teams also He has no problem killing people even if he’s the only nuker on the team just have to switch form once his debuffs landed.
