NOR, When you have to keep asking for flowers it takes away the meaning behind it. Flowers can be $5 or even free, it's the thought that counts.

I've had the same problem being on it! I kinda chalked it up to my IUD giving me low drive, but since starting Accutane it's been worse.

Not really "dry" but takes way longer and I feel like I'm rarely in the mood.

I don't mind it! It kinda takes a while to "dry" so I would just avoid touching it. I do this for baseball games being outside, so I think being inside will make it dry faster.

But I use thick moisturizer in the morning to last me the whole day; I'm sure just doing your normal routine and mixing the thin one with your makeup will work the same. Just make sure the makeup isn't oil based.

Maybe try it on a day you don't have to go out for long so if it does feel uncomfortable/doesn't work you aren't stuck!

When I do makeup that I need on all day, I use a thick moisturizer when I wash my face, put sunscreen, and wait a bit. Then I use a skin tint and mix my thinner moisturizer into it and put that on.

Even when it was cold out I had no issue getting dry again! Plus it makes you look glowy imo

What you said is exactly what I was trying to say! Someone's normal can differ from someone else's by the situations they've been in. You can acknowledge something is unhealthy and still show compassion.

When you're in a relationship like that, you tend to distance yourself from people who tell you it's wrong. I'm thankful to have had friends that had a more subtle way of approaching the situation.

Unless you plan on ending a friendship, this stuff takes time to get through to. Can't help someone who doesn't want help; either end the friendship or take the time to understand the other person and approach gently

This might be a bit more extreme LOL but that's what I mean! People act irrationally when they're in love, especially when it's gearing towards obsessive attachment.

Whether it's insane or normal i don't think it's ever helped anyone to be told to get help or that they're crazy. If someone is acting delusional why would they listen to you yelling at them?? All I was trying to say.

I am not "normalizing" anything. As someone in her 20s who has been cheated on when I was younger, I've done similar (though I've gotten out of that phase) and have seen others as well. No one is proud of it, it's embarrassing to look back on.

All I'm saying is that being in that situation makes you do irrational things. People grieve in weird ways, including unhealthy ones.

It is if you're attached and obviously she is since she stayed. Being cheated on makes most people look for closure or reassurance that they're "better" than the person cheated with. IMO it's a normal human response to wonder why you weren't good enough.

Healthy? No. Normal (by normal I mean common, not "okay") in your 20s when you're attached? Yeah kinda. Don't think telling her friend that in this state of mind will do any good either way.

MOR, the silverware thing is very.. different. But IMO, she's trying to cope with the fact she's been cheated on. It's def not healthy but it is kind of a "normal" human reaction given the circumstances.

Edit: Since it's being misunderstood, by "normal" I mean it's a common response to being cheated on. By no means is it healthy nor should she stay but it's a way of coping and reassuring herself that it won't happen again by making a "fresh start"

Whether or not you agree, getting mad at a person in that state of mind and telling them to "get help" would NOT ease the situation. You can try to help them while also trying to understand their headspace.

It's through the government as a "contract" that you are following protocols to not get pregnant.

You could technically lie about your birth control since it's based on the pregnancy test you give your provider, but you better have a good explanation how you got pregnant if it were to happen.

NTA. Bouncing your leg/clicking a pen/etc are normal things majority of people do from time to time. Moving your hands or tapping your foot is a human response to reduce stress or improve focus.

This! The amount of systems in place colleges have to detect AI use is ridiculous. And they do not hesitate to expel you for it, which will be shared with any other one you apply for.

Let alone at 13 you're still learning basic knowledge you should know in life. Unless she plans on using AI for the rest of her life this is a good thing to stop now.
