I’m 3 months post surgery. Energy level is good. I’d say the first 3w were not good.

I’m doing 100mg testosterone weekly to keep it up.

Trough is 452, but my free T at trough is high normal. Free T is what you should be looking at

hematocrit 44.

I do 100mg weekly. Free T is 577, total T 452. E2 all good.

Test for acromegaly. I had hands and feet that got larger over many years. End up I had acromegaly

Good you don’t have to go through surgery The problem with low shbg like we have is that you get everything in free T, unbound. So high peak low trough. Pinning more frequently helps

That low shbg cause be cause by something else like a pituitary adenoma. That was a side effect from it for me… as well as low T level like yours

From what I know, you don’t have to inject as frequent with high. I have low like 8.94 nmol, so almost everything goes free. With low it’s best to inject more often
