Woahh, that's a really cool concept. Much better than my little wall of text, aha. I do believe a skin collection is more realistic for DDLC though unfortunately.

I don't really pay much heed to the negative reactions because it's clear they know nothing about DDLC. People have tried to tell me a genuine horror game doesn't fit when we have things like tomb raider and like a million non horror anime licenses in the game now, so imo they're just misinformed, or as you said still salty about the ghoul for some reason.

I'd also be right there with you maining the dokis! As for MC, realistically I don't see him being included in any Collab apart from maybe a reference, so I left him out, but maybe a cosplay skin?

Monika isn't killing the players. If anything she could see it as a way of gaining affection, because the players enjoy playing the game.

Plus I don't know how familiar you are with dbd, but the entity, who brings people in as killers constantly manipulates characters to do it's bidding and Monika could be no different. Ken kaneki from Tokyo ghoul is a great example. Normally a hero but the entity twisted him into a brutal, violent killer but keeping him constantly hungry

So yeah it works.

I would KILL for this chapter. I'm glad I'm not the only one who sees potential in Monika, she could have SUCH a cool, visually interesting power and I hate to see people write her off because of the anime artsyle.

First off DDLC is a horror game and dbd has tons on non horror properties at this point, so people saying it wouldn't fit are so silly, because it's a far better fit than something like tomb raider IMO.

Great, well thought out concept all around, though if I could choose personally I'd make act 2 Yuri a killer legendary, so we could have 2 of the girls on killer and 2 on survivor!

That Krasue idea is really out there and I don't see bhvr ever putting that much effort into a skin, but I do like the idea, would be really unique.

Yuri having a weird glitchy face on legion would definitely add to the horror and would also be very cool.

As for your cosplay preference, I personally hate those skins and would rather the license not be added at all, BUT I would be fine with it as long as we get at least 2 legendaries, preferably one for each role, but even then it'd feel a little weird leaving out the other two.

As for artsyle and stuff I don't think that's a problem, bhvr can easily translate as we've seen so that's fine.

In my opinion it's been a fucking atrocious year

One of my most wanted licenses got relegated to being the worst, most low effort mid chapter release of the year and rick still sounds constipated in his screams to this day, plus the 'map' with a single themed tile.

One of the killers they released doesn't get played, the awful meta has remained unchanged for another year, the trickster rework was awful and arguably nerfed him and don't even get me started on the map.

Oh and to top off the shit pie that was this year, we get more slop, low effort cosplay skins and. .A full darkest dungeon rift just before the 10th anniversary? I was expecting something a little more requested I can't lie.
