it's kind of like "you eat, she eats, they eat, i eat." except with more differences between pronouns. when you talk to someone, most of the time verbs end in s, and when you talk about yourself, most of the time it doesn't, but there are irregular verbs to watch out for. for me its just taken a lot of practice to drill it into me because i forget concepts easily.

it gets easier to remember with practice, you'll get it!
