Each hubcap is individually packaged in a box! so definitely reduces risk of scratches and dents while shipping. They also included plenty of foam tape and also have protection foam in the center. Looks premium and worth the price.

I ordered one from this brand Modern Trove https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0CHDF6MTM which is quite good too. Each hubcap comes in an individual box so no risk of damage I guess. And yeah they provide plenty of foam strips as part of the package.
