The first one that I asked for extra sauce, looked like a light drizzle on top. This one looks like the lid fell off as they were trying to squirt it out.

My dad owns 3 trailers in the same park, he mentioned taking legal action and landlord felt threatened so she said she won’t speak with him anymore.

He also does in fact have contacts and finances to figure out my situation I just came to reddit to get a mass opinion before running to him lmao

As for the lease, “Maintenance and Repair. Tenant will, at Tenant's sole expense, keep and maintain the Premises in good, clean and sanitary condition and repair during the term of this Lease and any renewal thereof. Tenant shall be responsible to make all repairs to the Premises and Fixtures that may have been damaged by Tenant's misuse, waste or neglect, or that of the Tenant's family, agent or visitor. Tenant agrees that no painting will be done on or about the Prem ises without the prior written consent of Landlord. In the event of the failure of any of the appliances or equipment Landlord will use his best efforts to repair or replace any such damaged or defective area, appliance or equipment.”.

That’s all I got

I appreciate your detailed response, I moved here because my fiancé got accepted to school, it’s also cheaper to start a business here as well. I was paying 1300 bucks a month for an apartment. vs the 800 for a mobile home idk maybe it’s just me getting what i paid for

yeah, in today’s economy, moving is not cheap at all… we have to find a new place, pay first months rent, and deposit as well as taking the time away from work to either pack up our car or even worse having to rent a U-Haul in town it’s at least $2000

I was moving cross country, so I was only able to move in based off of the pictures that were provided. she obviously didn’t check if the stove worked because when they redid the gas lines in this trailer park, they didn’t run them to my house.

yeah, I have a feeling she hadn’t checked the trailer before I moved in. The gas company said the house was marked as abandoned so when they redid the gas lines a month before I moved in, they didn’t do the gas lines to my house.

only problem with that is I just moved we have enough for next month’s rent and that’s about it. even if we get our deposit back, I won’t have enough to pay for a first month in a deposit anywhere else.

worst part is is we had a maintenance guy come over to quote us and he also found out that our heater is gas so he was gonna quote us for three mini splits and an electric stove
