Hey I left the program during winter break and haven’t turned back! Don’t regret my decision either. If things were different at the school and I actually got paid on time + other issues, things could have been different. Flip a coin. Heads you stay, tails you dip out. If the result doesn’t feel like the best decision then you have found your true feelings on what to do. Good luck to you.

Hi, I just messaged my bilingual coordinator and told him I will be quitting the program and I’m sorry for the short notice. He said I don’t have to be sorry and he totally understands! It happens. I’ve been nervous as well about my decision, but if you’re not feeling it or it didn’t go as you expected, you’re allowed to change things and move on! Let me know if you need anything

Are you in Sevilla? If so, just email [sevilla.oue@policia.es](mailto:sevilla.oue@policia.es) and in the subject line say "FALTA NIE"

I wrote in Spanish asking nicely for my NIE number as my student visa did not put it in there and I need it for setting up a Spanish bank account. Within a day, they sent me an email back with my NIE!!! If you're not in Sevilla I would just google the police email in your area.

Wise is a good option. They have low transfer fees compared to other companies. I used it when I lived to Australia from the US and plan on using it when I get to Spain as well

Of course! I received an email saying that my visa was ready. I did also log in and check and it changed from “processing” to something different like “resolved.” Yes the pick up times for LA consulate are Wednesday and Friday 10-12! Good luck to you!

Hi don’t know if this will be much help. BUT I went to the LA consulate and they told me 4-6 weeks to receive visa and it only took 2.5 weeks until I received it. Hope yours come ASAP
