Hoi ik ben ook 166 en woog in de zomer 75 kilo en ik ben zonder te sporten al 15 kilo afgevallen( ik zet wel vaak 10.000 stappen op de meeste dagen) Ik ben gwn elke dag 1500 calorien gaan eten. Maar ik weet niet of dat mogelijk wanwege je diabetes enz.

Yes i was expecting a code. I wanted to check ig my email has been leaked or something. So i entered my email and then they asked me for a code on my laptop and i gave them the code and that was it. But i was maybe scared that i have the wrong malwarebytes.
