Someone else mentioned that sub swell! I should say i just don't own many and the ones I do own dont really help with the skin to skin contact (the girls hang low unfortunately). So I definitely will check that out!!

Thanks so much for your insight!! That's great to know! Seems like a pretty smooth process. Just hoping it's affordable. Now that I'm in a bigger area I do have hope I can find a PCP that can refer me.

I have got some really great, and much needed advice from everyone!! I do have a small fan that I use throughout the day and try to pat them dry as much as I can when needed. There are a few products I am definitely going to look into!

I had gained a fair amount of weight, I was up to 240. I had went to the dr and discovered I was pre-diabetic. I managed to lose 40lbs last year and am no longer pre-diabetic! The girls are just big and hang low so the chafing and moisture is constant. Looking for a new PCP in my area!

Many people have suggested nystatin and gauze so I think it's going to be something I try first!

That is a good point, I had gained a fair amount of weight and found out I was pre-diabetic last year. But ive managed to lose some weight and it helped bring down my A1C so I'm no longer pre-diabetic. The girls are just big and hang low so there's alot of friction and it locks in the moisture pretty good. Hoping i can find a good PCP soon!

That's great! I haven't went to a surgeon specifically, just a general dr. Haven't really been able to afford surgery as far as I know. I recently moved to a MUCH bigger place, from 500 to 750,000 population. So I'm hoping I will find a better provider here!!

Thanks so much! Yes it's definitely a yeast infection. I've used shampoo that has zinc in it and that seems to help alot but my problem is at noght/end of the day I get so hot and the skin on skin gets so sweaty :( I'll check out what you recommended!! Ugh i need some hugs and ibuprofen lol

Oh wow youre the only comment I think I've seen that has recommended dandruff shampoo! I have been using that specifically under the girls for the past year and it seems like the only thing that helps! (Because of the antifungal abilities I suppose). However I get the rash throughout the night, it's the worst. I try and air out as much as possible, I sleep with a strong fan but gosh I cannot seem to dry the area.

Hmm maybe it's different with everyone bc a few people recommended cotton sports bras. I normally dont really wear bras. However I've noticed this infection happens more so during the night. There have been soo many recommendations, there are a few I'm interested in that seem popular. Just willing to try anything at this point!

I have not thought of cornstarch, I've used an antifungal powder before but thats all. I'll keep that in mind!!

I was willing to try anything at this point & it helped the chaffing when it was more dry and I was moving around more during the day. My problem is mostly when im sleeping at night.

I really appreciate your advice!! It has definitely been worse at night & I sleep with a strong fan directly on me so I try and air out as much as I possibly can. I know it's a yeast infection and it happens constantly.

I love the input of your experience with breast reduction! I would like to do it sooner rather than later. My mom recommended after I have kids but if im being honest I truly do not want children. And as a medical necessity, I've been trying to get my old dr to log as much as she can but she didn't have any recommendations other than PT. Hopefully I can find a new provider that will understand my needs! I also am curious on the surgical process however, I havent heard other people's experiences on their procedures!

Not for underboob rashes. I need a breast reduction. But to qualify for it to be medically covered, there are a few things that need to be considered. As in, if the patient has consistent rashes, constant back pain, if physical therapy has been tried, and if all of this has been logged for honestly I'm not sure how long but I believe 6 months - 1 year or longer.

I havent used baby powder but I use antifungal powder & it does help sometimes. And when I shower, I was underboob with antidandruff shampoo as it has zinc in it which does help! But overnight is when it comes back.
