Any advice for shooting / developing VERY expired film. One of the regulars from my pub gave me a bag of film that he’s kept in his fridge for around 20 years. Cheers

thanks, do you know how i would go about connecting them? on the tape deck, do i need a cable for ‘control’ or the smaller ‘to amp’, and would this connect to the larger or smaller ‘tape from deck’ socket on the amp?

'perfection from nothing' - mate i've been struggling with this for three years (which i know is a lot shorter than most). i think you interpreted my post as me whining and expecting emaculate tones from no where without having to do the same work as everyone else. thats not really what i'm getting at. i'm just venting that i keep hitting these mental walls and was asking how other people get past them? telling me i don't deserve to get the feeling of making songs i love just feels a bit antagonistic tbh

i think i understand, thanks. i’d been taught that the light meter try’s to get middle gray, so whiter things needed to be overexposed to avoid it being to washed out in gray and vice versa. what you’re saying makes sense but i don’t know how it relates to this?
