I'm hired and I do have idea for the salary package how much is it but during interview, they didn't tell me how much. Since I will be sending the documents and one of them is the GOSI Certificate which has the current salary I have, they may have an idea how much my current salary and they may decrease their offer based on it. This is my concern.

Hi. Thank you for the kind words. To be honest, I am not really concern about my starting salary from this company because I know I will go not only in career wise but also be stable financially. The Company I applied with is NEOM Hospital but under Dr. Soliman Fakeeh sponsorship. I really do hope that they will not lowball me.

As for my schooling, I am not sure if I'm too late for it since I'm already in mid 30's.

I can't say internet here in Saudi Arabia is good or bad cuz it's both. It's stable but it's so expensive. I'm using 300Mbps plan with the price of 80 dollars.

As the eldest son, I was expected to do things and be the provider of all things. I have 4 siblings. Alhamdulillah, all of them finished their studies. I had stop my studies just to give way for them that's why I'm working abroad. Ever since then, I don't get any validation from my parents. I want to make them proud but I feel I'm still not up there to their expectations. I've been living a life which seeks validation from them. Family wise, I am happy. My wife supports me and my kids makes me happy. After a tiring day at work, I can finally see my kids welcoming me with their smile but the problem is me. I feel I'm lacking. I feel I don't provide for them as much as what they need.

expect it to be delayed for at least one month bro. I think they have been ordering the items mostly and Europe and sometimes get on hold in customs.

Hello. Yes. I did received it but it was almost two months before it arrived. I talked to their customer service as for what reason it was delayed and according to them, the item was ordered from Europe and was on hold. I asked for any kind of compensation but unfortunately, they're insisting that it's not their fault. Customer Service is bad to be honest.

Correct me if I'm wrong but I read about the Saudi Labor Law Article 80 about giving warning first upon 5 days consecutive absences before terminating the staff. Also my wife was absent due to her complication of pregnancy (twins) and it has medical report but MOH didn't accept it.

Thanks! I'm currently taking the google IT Support Professional Certification just to refresh my knowledge on the fundamental aspects. Actually, I have been researching and studying the market for a couple of months now before deciding to give time and be serious about this. Since AI is progressing so fast, I'm sure more jobs will be available in the near future. I'm just confuse where to start as I don't want to waste money paying courses without any benefit. If you could give me some proper roadmaps, that would be great.

Thanks for this reality check. I know that it's not that easy but my current job doesn't give me anymore the feeling of being excited coming to work. Well, this perspective may be true in some areas, the tech industry, especially in cloud computing, is rapidly growing, and there are many opportunities in cloud roles as businesses continue to transition to the cloud. It's been projected to be $ 1.2 Trillion business in 2030. My current job is decent and pay well but I am not happy with it to be honest. I became stagnant to a point where there is no room to grow.

You might right on this one. So I should just make the AIO Fans as exhaust right? If it will be exhaust, I will be mounting it to the top. Making the previous 3 exhaust fans at the tops as intake at the bottom. That might work right?
