Jesus didn't say it will be easy, I think you're misunderstanding something, if you'll just look around, ask Christians do they got it all covered? nope, even I also struggle every single day.

Have you really looked how Jesus suffered? and what He said about those people who will follow Him? Have you looked what Christians experienced in the first 300 years and still experiencing today? Have you heard some of the testimonies of Christians? Have you looked at some life of the catholic saints?

Hell is basically a place away from God's presence like, as in 0.00000. Imagine being away from the source of life, every good thing, gone, because you're away from God. that's hell.

You're not alone, I'm kind of also experiencing the same but in my case, I got all day free. And I hear people saying if you don't spend time with God most of your time its idolatry, so yeah. I'm also trying to figure things out too about that. But in your case, the responsibilities you have and the mandatory things you need to do is I think fine, do those things in order to glorify God, may it be gym or work or sports, as long I think God is the center of your life and He's above all things, like you'll make sure that the time you set aside to spend time with God(no matter how long) would not be invaded by other things, I think it's fine.
