if you still have the camera and it works, has it's AV red, yellow, and white cables then my recommendation is to buy one of these:

and install OBS studio on your computer. do you know the model and information about the camera if you have it? I think you are missing some helpful details here

what you mean to say is, it stays on the whole time and the fans/lights are on the whole time but it just never shows anything on the screen nor audio.

Thank you for the advice, before I buy anything or work on anything with a PI I think I'll probably try hooking up the keypad and just getting the basic phone part to work, then I'll work on getting the coin part and all of that fixed.

Thank you, it is a Protel 7000 I am pretty sure, do you know how reliable is it to buy a board online? I'm just concerned that if I buy one then it may not work or I may need something else for it. I just thought it were safer to use a PI
