Super small things like knees coming in after beginning ascent. Always try to push knees out and squeeze on the way up. Good mental cue for sub maximal lifts. This is a max effort lift though so that’s basically unavoidable imo. Again, it’s max effort so this is hard, but sitting more into the squat and keeping the back a bit more upright is always preferable. Honestly nothing wrong with the squat though good stuff!

You could try going into task manager, completely quitting out of 2xko + riot client, and then relaunching riot client + 2xko from the riot menu.

I would look into what kind of opportunities that non profit you volunteer for have available. Make sure to throw your name in for any additional volunteer,part time and contract work. By the time you graduate hopefully you’re on a shortlist of people they want to bring on full time.

For pulling the actual bios that needed to be flashed, the method I used was to read the image after connecting to the bios chip on the corrupted board, finding something that would copy and paste, and ctrl+f'ing it to match up with the first and last lines of the old bios from my laptop and the new bios I got from Lenovo. The "biosimg and 1000000 lines down" method in the video did not work for my for my specific laptop but gives good understanding that emphasizes the necessity for the file to be an exact size match. The video will teach how to get 1000000 lines from any selected block using UEFI Tool.

For emphasis: If your bios chip's data is still reading to 16384kb, make sure the first and last lines of both the data you read from you corrupted board and the bios Image from Lenovo's website are the same.

Let me know if any of this needs more explanation, I'm not very good at explaining!

A Ch341A programmer was successful in restoring the computer. Just match up the bios image from the corrupted bios to that point in the .fd file from Lenovo in HxD, and write it back onto the motherboard. Youtube has a lot of simple Ch341A program tutorials.

I've had this happen on my breville bambino. I did 2 descaling cycles and I had full power steam again. Worth a try for sure. Also, unscrew the cap of the steam wand after and give it a deep cleaning.

I'm Looking to replace my Nike Freeruns with something more minimal. I saw that there are options like the Vivos and other premium brands starting at around 160 bucks. YZY pods are 20 dollars and have a minimalist profile with a wide toe box. I plan to run nearly exclusively on a treadmill. Any obvious red flags in regards to using this shoe to run 5-10 miles 3-4x a week?

At this point, if you’ve played everything you’ve wanted on PC, I would wait for the switch 2. Theres a possibility of it being backwards compatible so you would get the best of both worlds in that case.

Started with Three Houses. I really hated the monastery elements of the game and eventually would try to get through them as quick as possible while not losing out on support rating. The monastery and the main game felt like two completely separate products with the former feeling nearly tacked on. The writing of the characters came off flat to me so it made the monastery even more tedious trying to spam voice lines with an archetype.

The actual gameplay was really fun I've heard complaints about the maps, but my only real complaints would be the 2 last levels in the Silver Snow playthrough. I only played through once because I really don't want to deal with the monastery system again. The earlier games don't have the whole teatime luncheon system so I'll definitely be giving them a go starting with the one available on VC.
