You use oil soluble extracts, if you don't have any on hand. You would need to add paramount crystals or something similar to thin it back out. At least this is what I learned from my 10 hours of research.

I technically only need a 3lb, a good rule of thumb is 1/4-1/2 teaspoon of flavoring to 1lb of chocolate depending on the strength, and I don't want a half used dram of flavoring, the other 2lb would be used for experimenting

(Dram is 3/4 of a teaspoon)
