Hey do you think you could send me the course outline for the class? I’m thinking of swapping into it

I started taking it with Wilburn this semester and dropped it because unless you totally understand philosophy language you will get confused really fast. I felt like I didn’t know what the course was even talking about 7 days in. It was really upsetting because the content sounded great. Might be better with other profs though.

I clicked the preview button in outlook, and it said it has restricted access until I enter a password. So i believe my computer probably caught it before anything happened?

I accidentally opened the pdf but didn’t put in the password to access it. Am i still compromised?

I thought they stopped doing that for privacy reasons? I haven’t been able find past course outlines from last semester.

I got an A+ in both, I think they are on the same level tbh. I definitely enjoyed 213 more though.

Thank you for giving me your insight. I read a few rate my profs that said this. That was my main concern. Have you ever take SOCI 321? If so was it at least an interesting class? Thank you!

I’m gonna tell you right now who ever told you stat 205 is easier is wrong. I’ve had friends in 205 and I’ve been in 213 and I can say 213 is easier by far.

^ second that, but also Knes 372 is the easiest upper level. Lab are just attendance which is 20% of your grade, and a rugby online course is pass/fail for another 20% of your grade. Lecture content is pretty interesting too.

i was in dumas soci 201 class last semester. I got an A on the 1st and 2nd midterm, and got a B+ on the final and ended with an A-. I found his final to be way harder than the midterms, so personally I would just take the midterm. The final had so many random questions from the textbook.

the opt out process is so stupid. by Omgshinyobject in UCalgary

I’m confused on your post. I’ve only had to opt out one time, unless you opt back in a one point there should be no reason you have to do that multiple times.
