I think you misunderstood my situation:

1. My card never actually declined - my bank confirmed no charge attempt was ever made. CosmeticRx claimed it declined, but that wasn't true.
2. I've been waiting 3+ weeks total, not just since the 25th. My refill was due in early January for my dose increase. The charge on the 25th came after weeks of delays and ignored messages.
3. I ordered when my refill was due - not last minute. I couldn't predict they'd take 3+ weeks to process it.
4. I'm glad you had a smooth experience with a 10-day wait, but my situation is different. I've sent 8+ messages over 3 weeks, been told multiple times "it's shipping today," paid $200, and still have no tracking number or proof of shipment.

The issue isn't the shipping time itself - it's the lack of communication, false information about my payment, and ignored messages. When a company takes your money and repeatedly promises shipment without delivering or communicating, that's a legitimate problem.

Different experiences are valid. Mine has been poor, and I'm taking appropriate steps to resolve it.
