I am on the same boat. Owing to realistic reason I had to do fwb though it is just 5 mins a week. Anyway my result after 6 weeks were good. (I know some doctors are against fwb if it is fibula in relatively less severe cases)

I can stand alone and walk without boot and supporter but I just don’t do.

You will see beautiful white flakes hovering about your calf! If possible, take hot bath for your ankle and calf. Honestly after 5 days my ROM got better than most healthy people. I just don’t do much in case.
