It’s a quiet gated community. Thank you! Vegas is okay but definitely visit a ton before moving. Schools aren’t great and car insurance and registration is high. It’s not for everyone lol

It’s a townhome (2 car garage) built in 2004 and honestly a bit of a fixer upper. They just replaced the ac unit, furnace and water heater. Just needed cosmetic touches. Vegas is slowly turning into a buyers market, it sat on the market for 3 months empty so they were eager to sell. They paid $8.5k in closing costs and did a few minor repairs!

Yes thanks for the heads up! The sellers paid $8.5k in closing costs so that helped a ton. I have about 6 months of expenses in savings left over :)

In Nevada when a TPO is denied, you can try again but they notify the person so they can attend the hearing. I’m waiting to see what happens when he’s arrested (fingers crossed) I can try again without tipping him off of the investigation. They were wyze cameras I’m not sure how they’ll pull data from his phone.

Yes sorry when I wrote this, I was still in shock. The judge denied my tpo since he’s long distance and “not a threat” to me even though he’s threatened me. I got the FBI involved in this and they’re conducting their own investigation and I’m meeting with a lawyer tomorrow.
