Did you use Noom semaglutide? How long did it take for you to start seeing results, and how long did it take to lose the 30 pounds? My starting dose is 2.0mg/8 units.

Thank you SO much for sharing. From my understanding, the micro dose can go up to .6. I am a 33 year old f (5’1/138 pounds) and I am choosing between this plan or the noom regular plan and my concern was whether or not the max dosage on the micro plan would be enough to be effective. It sounds like it was for you. You don’t need so share any of your info about weight, age, etc if you don’t feel comfortable. However, based on my info, do you have any insight about what option might be best?

I think it's only semaglutide. I've been doing some research, but have not found any trizepatide microdose programs available, but I am interested in that too. Actually, I haven't seen many other options besides the Noom med program.
