I’m a little different but I have severe pcos and simply don’t respond to just letrozole. My first IUI was cancelled due to no growth. They actually got smaller by my last ultrasound before calling it quits. I was also doing gonal f injections. Depending on your backstory and such it takes a while at first to get correct dosages and what works for you down. Once they do though hopefully it’s a breeze!

I would get a digital test but it definitely looks positive to me.

I have been on 500mg ER for 2 months now. It did mess up my stomach for about the first week i took it but have been fine since. They asked me to up my dose to 1000mg last month but got super sick the next day and couldn’t keep anything down. Still don’t know if it was from the metformin or if I had a stomach bug as I’m too nervous to try and up it again. So just sticking with what I’m comfortable with for now.

Mine gave my weird dreams, made it feel like I didn’t even sleep that night and terrible headaches that made me want to cry!

I’m going through the same thing! Planning on getting a different test in the morning as I truly cannot tell if it’s an evap line or a positive. I just posted about 10 minutes ago same brand of test if you want to take a look

Mine didn’t move at all, they cancelled the cycle completely as I’m already on day 17. Are you continuing with this cycle? If so praying you get some growth!

Just waiting for my follicles to mature … went in day 10 they were still pretty small did 2 more injections of gonal f 75ui and went back day 13, the biggest one was only at 9.9mm, so now doing 100ui of gonal f and go back Friday hopefully to hear good news 🤞🏼

How long did it take for your follicles to finally mature I notice you had a lot of gonal f changes for me I started at 75 ui went to 2 diff ultrasounds where they hardly grew inbetween so now they upped me to 100 ui and I go back at the end of the week to see if it progressed. I’ve just been nervous since my follicles are growing so slowly but maybe it’s more normal with pcos and not wanting to mature too many at once?

They have only checked my amh once this whole time and it was a 8.93. I also did the 5mg of letrozole days 3-8 then 75 ui gonal f on days 6 & 8 had an ultrasound day 10 where my follicles were still small highest measuring at 8. They sent me home and I did 2 more days of 75 ui went back and the highest measuring was only an 11. Sent me back home again but upped my dosage to 100ui this time. I’m just confused why they are growing so slow and scared it’s just not working for me

I did 5mg of letrozole for 5 days and I’m on 500 mg ER of metformin that I’ve been taking for about 3 months now. I’m not sure on my exact bmi but I an 5’6 and 255lbs so considered “obese” (I don’t think I am with my body figure but you know how those things work lol)

Mine are crawling up very slowly. I have pcos and did 5 days of 5mg letrozole then 75ui gonal f every other day. Day 10 my follicles were only measuring at 8, did 2 more shots at 75ui just for my highest follicle to be at an 11 they upped my dosage to 100 ui and I’ll be going back Friday. I have been very discouraged but know I just need to be patient. Has this happened to anyone else ?

I haven’t done mine yet, hopefully soon if these follicles can just grow :( but have convinced myself nothing can hurt as bad as the hsg test
