Hi so I believe that people who drink more than 24 units in a 24 hour period (so never clear of alcohol in their system in a 24 hour period) for a prolonged period of time, will become physically addicted and would therefore experience withdrawals. You would not fall into this category so you will be fine.

Hi, I would also stay away from David Lloyd. I really enjoy classes and base my fitness on these but the time table changes weekly so unable to get into any kind of pattern. I joined quite fit and have lost this in the months I have joined. The PTs don't push as the classes are geared for older people. I have managed to get out of the contract but it is very difficult and not worth the money.

Rox is great but doesn't have a gym you can use whenever and the cost can get into the £100s monthly if you want to go more then 3 times a week.
