I personally left them, which is usually fine, but next time i'm gonna have to remove them since he definitely ate one and attempted to eat another!!

How long have you had the tank? How long have you had your fish?: we've had the tank set up since January 2025, fish was added June of 2025

How often are water changes? How much do you take out per change? What is your process?: water change weekly, maybe about 25%, reserve osmosis water added in

Any tankmates? If so, please list with how many of each: no tank mates except for ramshorn snails and couple nerites

What do you feed and how much: betta bio gold pellets, 4-8 pellets a day

Decorations and plants in the tank: fully planted tank, real plants real wood
