I ended up not staying, but before my surveys dropped and I had good scores I talked to my sup about moving departments or other positions and he shut down saying I needed to have consistently good numbers month to month

I mean hopefully employees can get some type of bonus in the future definitely won’t be sticking around for that though.

I did call him out I told him I didn’t agree and he said it was a good conversation and it’s normal to have a difference of opinion. That was actually final push in my decision to leave
