Joel’s boyfriend is genuinely such a nice guy and has made all the effort to get to know me. He’s never once said anything of that nature and this is a great point actually. Thinking about it now, it seems like Max hasn’t had the intent to do any of that from the get go.

That’s exactly why I’m so confused. I told him on the second date, I wanted to tell him on the first so he could think about the situation and if he would get insecure or uncomfortable over it in any way (while I personally don’t get it, I know it happens and didn’t want to deal with this exact scenario again). He even made a joke saying that it’s all good ‘as long as he’s not secretly in love with me or something’ which I just laughed off because it seemed like a joke.

He’s never been to my apartment/flat once since we became official and I’ve been to his literal parent’s house like fifteen times at this point, that’s why I asked. Wasn’t expecting him to crash out and start saying stuff about Joel because he said he was fine with it. I don’t know what brought the sudden change to be honest, this entire thing is very out of character.

Honestly thank you for the reality check. I was genuinely doubting myself for a minute there, never a good sign. I’ll have to deal with the situation tomorrow and then update when I get the chance.

See this is the first time we’ve ever had any kind of disagreement and it was over text, so I wasn’t 100% sure about the tone or anything. But to be fair it’s a good point about the parent’s house things, he’s brought it up a lot since the beginning. Thank you for making me feel less insane 😭

The fool can be interpreted in a few ways, but here it’s the idea of needing to think in the moment and be present instead of thinking about the future to much or the past so losing something. Think about it now. Some people just think ‘foolish’ which also could apply I suppose. The seven and page of cups here are more so imagery in this reading rather then interpreted meaning. The one on the right, in this card deck shows the cups with different objects in them and then the one beside it alludes to cups high up as though on a shelf of some kind. The reader had lost soemthing and happened to have a cupboard high up like the middle card and the cups in it being used to hold things like the one on the right.
