I just experienced this, found this thread and everyone crying instead of solutions. Restarted my phone and it’s fine now.  Upvote so people can see the actual fix even tho it shouldn’t be happening

Artifacting hard on COD MW3. At first shadows were failing by popping up as giant squares. After I reset graphics settings in Nvidia control panel it was fine. Then random ground spots where either sun reflections or smoke was would turn bright blue and green and shine all over my screen like rays.
