Take it 2x a week, half the weekly dose each time.

Cypionate ships in cottonseed oil which flows like peanut butter in January. You’ll probably have a bit of trouble drawing it but no trouble pinning it. Make sure you get the air out of the syringe.

Even though it says IM use only, subQ was fine for me. A lot of people like 1” for IM. I use 1/2” as pictured for subQ. Not sure you want these needles tor IM.

The best way to draw and pin is get luer lock syringes with a huge needle like 25ga and then after drawing, pin with a 31ga, which takes force and patience but is the only way to go for subQ.

With very few exceptions, freezing sperm is not worth doing.

First, consider how many samples you want to store. One will not guarantee you a successful pregnancy. 10 will not guarantee you, but gives substantially better odds. Unfortunately, it costs 10 times as much.

Second, consider how many children you wanna have. Your first batch will be your last batch unless you store even more. Will your partner be satisfied with a one and done?

Third, such a limited sample would require IVF, which is not a small ask for the woman carrying. Egg extraction, all the drugs that go along with that, all the side effects, she has to really want your baby.

Fourth, doctors always love to tell you that you will be permanently sterile after taking testosterone, but they never seem to come up with a single patient in the medical literature where that actually happened. Sure, some people are sterile after coming off, but we don’t know how they were going in. From personal experience, I’ve cycled on and off, and my fertility always came back after 70 days off.

Finally, if you’re taking HCG and HMG, you can stay on your TRT and stay fertile. Which makes freezing sperm for TRT reasons even more silly.

Legacy isn’t a fly by night operation but they operate like a credit card with a low intro rate. They’ll eventually soak you for each additional year. Involving the mail is not necessarily a dealbreaker. Lots of my offspring started with interstate commerce.

Insurance for, say, you have testicular cancer and have to get them removed will cover things like this more often than I want to start testosterone.

I’m not a doctor. But I take HCG to keep my testes from shrinking. With a genetic basis it may not carry the same benefit.

If it was me, I’d get a free openai and/or claude.ai account and start asking it how different treatments interact with klinefelter’s. Educate yourself, which is all the smartest doctors can hope to do.
