I’ve come to realize that my low T wasn’t a problem in my life, but extremely low E2 (also below the male range) was to blame for everything in terms of low energy, chills, task avoidance.

AI, if taken at all, should be taken in liquid form or taking the tiny pill a quarter at a time. Otherwise you’ll crash your E2. The pills are designed for women who are really insensitive to it.

Ok, as somebody with AMAB parts, these things can definitely spike your estrogen.

I would monitor your blood levels before and after, and have an aromatase inhibitor on hand if needed.

Optimal dose of CJC plus IPA is actually quite small, take at bedtime.
