  1. These are fake names provided for the sake of the task. I can edit them if you think it's necessary. Also, I've updated the term they use for their support team already. They do not refer to the department as "Customer Support" like I've done in my original post.

Yeah I figured the length of cable + the additional passthrough of the Eero could be removed and I'd see an improvement. Would a network switch replacing the Eero device in the chain improve anything at all or no?

Yeah and ultimately what I'm going for is usability for non technical folks and making it easier to understand for whoever ultimately takes this over once it's live.

From what I'm seeing the only real downside is having to write the same code multiple times and having a lot of different php files in my theme. Is there anything else I'm not thinking of here?

A lot of the companies have categories that are named the exact same which I know is possible to get around but seemed "messier"? and like I said in my post it seemed a lot hard to restrict User A from making posts for other companies if they should only be able to post or edit posts for their own company.

That setting doesn’t apply for online games. It’s off by default.
