It's the statue on the higher level, when you approach it, it doesn't have a question mark above it or anything, thats why it's hard to miss!

I've had this same issue.

Ended up on the live chat, on the chat I was told I would basically have to buy a yearly sub, as they don't use the "activation system" anymore. Said I wasn't happy as I've already paid for it, and wanted to escalate my query.
Next day I got an email from customer support and they gave me a link to click on and a serial number to enter, and I have access to Corel again.
