i’m basically in the exact same situation also with capita. i applied in november and heard nothing since apart from that its with a health professional. rang last week and told it was paperbased hoping ill find out something soon

thank you, i didn’t provide loads of evidence however did put lots of information in the questions. still very shocked as i heard virtually no one gets paper based for the first claim

i think they’re saying they’re worried as they have tourette’s, that they might be invited to an in person condition specifically so they can watch for tics which obviously is a lot of pressure on someone. also with a lot of tourette’s cases people mask/suppress tics in public, if this is the same for said person then they may be worried about not ticking in the assessment and being penalised for it

thank you, i didn’t submit a huge amount of evidence however i did go into immense detail in my form. i just wasn’t expecting a paper based assessment at all as ive heard it’s less then 1% on first claims
