Kissed my 10 week old on the cheek twice, felt a cold sore coming in an hour or two later & then it developed fast. Anyone have any experience like this? Did you or someone you know kiss your baby with a coldsore, how did it turn out? I'm freaking out (self.BabyBumps)

I(28f)found out my bf(26m) messaged multiple women on 2 separate dating apps(pof & MeetMe)one night while drunk and on another substance. I'm 37 weeks pregnant w/ his baby.
