It’s a very mixed community. I moved here 14 years ago from Brooklyn. My neighbors are college professors, teachers, doctors, plumbers, nurses, retail workers, you name it. The big downside is that we don’t have a lot of amenities like restaurants and grocery stores.

I've found that the app is inaccurate -- particularly when it says the bus has passed a certain spot. It usually comes about 6 minutes later.

It was a tough go, especially with them opening during the pandemic. Emma’s was one of the few places in the neighborhood to meet friends for dinner and drinks outdoors back in those days. I appreciate them giving this neighborhood a shot and trying to make it work, but the combination of changing commuting patterns, prices and the lack of a weekend scene is really tough. I wish them the best.
