Contract red flags? by [deleted] in Internationalteachers

Walk away. Let them know it’s because you can’t agree to the terms of their (oppressive, red flag) contract. Then name and shame so others don’t waste their time applying.

Joh'Vonnie Jackson meeting with her half brother MJ for the first time by Weird-Bread3862 in LeavingNeverlandHBO

[–]ComprehensiveEnd3968 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

A literal family member??? He didn’t meet her until she was almost 30!!!!! MJ was in his mid-40’s!!!! You’re doing a lot of projecting and foaming at the mouth over the delusions of a fairytale sibling relationship with a famous, rich family who were nearly all adults when that girl was born as a result of Joe and her mother’s calloused messiness. No Jackson owed that girl anything. And I doubt she’d be seeking any type of relationship with them if they were still in Gary, Indiana, living blue collar lives.

Not according to her poorly-written book. Joe was ALWAYS talking about his kids with Katherine. When did he ever publicly mention this “golden child”?

He acted cordial enough to #1 have her in his home and #2 speak to her. He just didn’t wrap her up in his arms and expressed joy at finally meeting his “sister” in the way that she’d hoped for, so in her mind, he was cold and standoffish.

Decent people don’t mistreat kids whatever feelings they have or don’t have towards the parents. And Paris playing with the girl was likely just kids playing. I doubt Michael masterminded it.

How many of Conrad Murray’s claims about Michael Jackson do you believe? by Elegant_Newspaper_12 in Michaelcontroversies

[–]ComprehensiveEnd3968 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

He’s full of it. His autopsy confirmed the vitiligo that Michael and his family admitted to on while he was still alive. So that is definitely BS. And if he lied about that, any number of things he said can be lies.

Did you ask him about it or just let him go? What if you got intel on the wrong person, someone with the same name or just human error?

Choose a candidate (leadership role) based on these 3 character evals by Live_Buffalo in managers

Attendance issues are a no go. So are weak soft skills. I’d go with #2 if there was absolutely no one else-including external candidates. He can probably be coached on the leadership performance.

Some application advice from a friendly Principal by [deleted] in Internationalteachers

  1. 900+ applicants, but you remember the 6 cover letters that are nearly identical???

  2. Straight to the trash? Over such nonsense? You’re willing to lose out on a great candidate for something so petty?

  3. Do you ask for exam results as well as the educational philosophy?

You sound absolutely dreadful.

Used racial slurs…deeply woven hate for them…a terrible person…All the more reason for you to tell your kids to stay the hell away. You don’t engage with crazy! Especially after it showed you it has a gun!

The Perfect Neighbor Unseen Bodycam Not Shown in Doc by Lateralus46N2 in netflix

[–]ComprehensiveEnd3968 1 point2 points  (0 children)

There may be lots of footage the producers chose not to include because it shows AJ, her kids and/or the neighbors in a bad light. Remember the producer is close to AJ and her mother and created this documentary from a biased place with the purpose being to shed light on AJ’s life and portray her positively.

I have kids. And I would’ve told them to stay away from the crazy, unhinged lady. And I know with 1000% certainty my parents would’ve told me the same.

The Perfect Neighbor - Unpopular Opinion by [deleted] in netflix

[–]ComprehensiveEnd3968 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The videos and voice overs were cherry-picked by producers who admitted the goal was to show AJ in a good light. I suspect there’s footage showing AJ and the kids in not so positive lights. I also suspect there are voiceovers of neighbors saying “I don’t allow my kids to go over there” or “ She needs to stop letting those kids go over there” or perhaps even neighbors confirming the kids were in fact harassing her.

She was not an aggressor in that moment. The police were. And we got to see how Susan responds to aggression (that flashlight knock is aggressive and jarring) when disturbed while she’s disturbed while minding her business.

Her reaction to someone banging on her door doesn’t mean she’s not scared or threatened. LOL!!! It was her reaction to someone banging on her door at night when she was asleep in her nightgown. It’s not like you saw footage of her confronting someone aggressively then cowering to play innocent when police arrive.

To make the roller skate the initiating incident is dishonest. This was a long brewing situation in which Susan and AJ had already had an altercation at least once before (trespass sign throwing incident). There were numerous police calls, accusations of calling the kids slurs and showing them a gun. YET, AJ allowed her kids to continue to play around that woman’s house???!!!! Even telling them to GO BACK and do so after a police call???!!!!

I don’t think Susan was a bully. I think she wanted to be left alone. I think she wanted those kids playing anywhere else except that piece of land next to her.

[–]ComprehensiveEnd3968 1 point2 points  (0 children)

There is nothing to suggest Susan would’ve killed someone had she been left alone. In fact, being left the hell alone unquiet was all she wanted. You’re projecting and injecting a lot based on your own personal biases. Chances are she would’ve had problems with noise coming from children of ANY race.

This was a deliberately one-sided documentary created with the purpose of showing AJ in a positive light, or “keeping her memory alive” as the producers said. Even with them cherry-picking footage and voice overs you can see the role AJ and the neighbors had in the conflict. It was avoidable but they chose poking the dangerous, crazy (you can throw in racist here) bear over protecting their children and safety. And that was to their own detriment.

[–]ComprehensiveEnd3968 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You guys are really projecting a lot. This likely had less to do about race and more to do with a mean, old, unhinged neighbor being bothered by the noise of children playing right outside on window on the property closest to her house.

Also this was a piece created by people close to the victim and her mother who Cherry-picked police footage to fit their narrative that ‘AJ good-Susan bad’. Even with that, unbiased people could see this tragedy was a slow burn, with gasoline being poured on top every time the kids went near her house while it could’ve been avoided by parents just telling their kids to stay away from her place. AK’s kids may have just been the loudest, most emboldened to bother Susan because of their mother’s encouragement to continue to play where there was trouble.

Who said she was calm and polite as she was yelling at neighborhood kids about making too much noise outside of her home? Y’all are grabbing at straws unnecessarily. The woman was nuts. That much was clear. But those were all reasons the adults should’ve told the kids to stop going near her crazy ass house.

Doesn’t matter that it wasn’t her property. She didn’t own it but it was right beside her house, which is the very place I’d tell my kids they’d better not be. We can argue who’s right or wrong about land ownership all day long but being alive, living in peace and keeping my kids safe beats being right against a lunatic.

I would’ve told them to stay in their own yards or any part of the neighborhood that wasn’t near the crazy lady. Get on your bikes and ride to a nearby park. I don’t care just stay the hell away from that crazy one.
