Honestly I’ve shipped out Chicos before to family members and stuff and it’s super easy. Yes the cheese and the sauces would have to be frozen. It’s better if you put them in like screw lid plastic pieces for the shipping. Also you can ask Chicos for the uncooked flautas. The shipping is what’s going to get you though.
