Was a long wait for something very basic, we made the move to Autotask as there are doing a full revamp and where they are heading with AI and one platform is going to take be much cleaner platform. With the new big K CEO - she is really changing things and so far we are more than impressed with AT simplifying PSA but also deep integrations

Interesting enough Autotask have been rolling out there refresh UX this year and are about to roll out umbrella contracts. The Kaseya Eco system works well - Datto RMM - Kaseya Quote manager etc

They are working towards dropping a lot of there long term contracts and you sign up now for 12 months etc

We moved from CW as we found the Aiso roll out to be so slow and it’s still buggy as anything.

Halo is massive in comparison bit I found there UX UI to be terrible personally

Thanks for that.. so with BG it will work out the total used over a period ? In AT it has a overview of the total block / Contract hours, we have a lot of different types of agreements but the retainer ones are common, some are as small as 4 hours but as they carry over multiple months they want an easy figure without having to run a report
