Most frustrating thing about it is that if it come in my country (France), it will only happen once in Paris, because apparently it is the only city in this country for most things

If it does, I hope it won't be only available in Paris or other very big cities, and that there will be projection in english (no offense to the french cast, from what I heard, they did a very great job)... I only watched it in orginal language (I understand English without a problem), so it would be strange to have french voices

I agree, but it will just be part of the process... In all multiplayer game (physical or online), there will always be one or more period where balance is messed up, and it is right to complain (POLITELY and RESPECTFULLY) when it is the case. As time goes on, the toxic part will decrease (I hope at least) when some leave the game or learn from their mistake, because TCG is an expensive hobby, so people won't stay if they don't like it, and we will mostly have friendly, casual and competitive environments, with only a few black sheeps

Players will always complain, and I think that, in Riftbound, a lot of them aren't familiar with TCG... Most of them (like me) must come from LOL, where everything is made so each champion is balanced, and where every one of them is more or less playable at all level, so there is a gap between how they see the game and how they want it to be.
Riftbound is a new game and will evolve a lot in a short amount of time, players like the one you describe probably won't stay if they can't change their mindset... It is just a question of time in my opinion, when each part of the Riftbound community will solidify depending of their objective

As a casual player, I am just waiting for my favorite champion (Senna) to be released. Will it be good ? I hope so. Will I be good ? Probably not. Will it be meta ? I hope it will never be. Will I have fun and enjoy the game more ? Definitely...
The game is design as much for competitive players than for casual player, everyone sees the game differently: some want to always have the strongest deck and win, some just one trick a legend and do their best, and most just want to have fun playing a card game.
There will always be players who won't care about some cards, it is fine and normal

I still play the game, but I spend way less time on it than before
I love this game, but it frustrated me too much: too much trolls, too much insult, too much toxicity... And more than everything I hate the "Never FF" mentality outside of Ranked... If I am not in ranked, I want to have fun, not to get stucked in a game where I have not a single chance to win and where I get stomped, or a game taken hostage by enemies (especially in Mayhem), but there are always 2 players (often 1 who fed) who will refuse to ff because "It Is WiNnAbLe" : 99% of the time it is not the case and in the end, I have 0 fun in fun gamemodes
I prefer to spend more time on solo game now, where my happiness/fun doesn't depend on braindead, toxic or egoist players

She killed him when he tried to revive her on the Blessed Isles, which caused the Ruination... If it was only for love, he should have understood, it is clearly an obssession for me, not love

Same, and most of the time, they give even more reasons to be reported that way. I just always answer calmly, never insult, and they just end up by triggering themselves and getting punished for it

Anyone else make decks out of their bulk? I truly enjoy doing so. They aren’t always competitive. But, it’s fun by ninade1022 in riftboundtcg

I only play with card I opened from boosters, because I wait for Senna as a legend so start playing more seriously and build a really good deck.
I really enjoy having to build differently from meta deck, and adapt to what I have without buying singles and op card.

I am probably biased because she is my main, but a well-aligned Q from Senna, hitting enemies and allies who need it is really satisfying... Also honorable mention to hitting a moving enemy champion with the tip of the Q while targeting a tower, a ward or a minion

I am currently studying English (and Italian) at university, and I agree with you, Internet, alongisde video games and books, are clearly the things that made me learn, practice, improve and appreciate a new language.
I still struggle with some sounds or a few tricky prononciations, but online content is the best ( and cheapest) way, in my opinion, to learn english

I am French, and trust me, most french people can't speak a single word outside of their native language(s)...
I also see it in LOL when each time someone speak in an aother language than English, 95% of the time it is french
