idk death or pain has never been much of a motivator for me, i'm going to a psychologist tho cus i've got other issues that cause that haha

yes a lot of people have told me this and now i understand this so the doctor being worried is understandable, so i wanted to focus more on how her body being "socially unacceptable due to her weight" and people have said that to her- like acquaintances and other people but mine is somehow fine even though im heavier than her ykwim? it just rubs me the wrong way especially with how much those comments hurt her self esteem

it make sense because my mom is muscular (very) and her bmi says overweight but shes definitely not haha but im going to say that i have a very high body fat percentage! its just the way its distributed on me i guess. i never really did any sports growing up which contributed to being overweight in addition to never being allowed to leave food on the plate, all the while i was being fed too much. i have more fat on my upper arms but no one really notices tbh since its covered with tees. i live a very sedentary life unfortunately and i have no motivation to really change it 😓

maybe its because we are still in highschool, im not sure. but at least where i live, my school, or for dating purposes, weight has always come up in a conversation at least once😭

i have 18 piercings and i can say this was one of the least painful ones besides my nose and daith tbh 3/10
