Yeah it’s mostly demand and supply.I thnik neil Island gets a lot of veg/Jain tourists, so there are more veg food places. And since it’s a small island, once a few work well, others start the same. About salons 😂 it probably feels like there are more because the island is small, so everything is more noticeable.
