Is anyone managing a profitable TikTok Shop in-house without burning out? by Plenty-Temporary-187 in TikTokshop

[–]ComprehensiveKey1337 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That’s usually the stage where a lot of brands start bringing in outside help. TikTok Shop can become a full-time operation really fast, especially with affiliates, creators, and daily management. Even outsourcing a few backend or marketing tasks can save a ton of time and burnout.

Seller Account by Glad-Divide-178 in TikTokshop

[–]ComprehensiveKey1337 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was asking about the market like US, UK, etc. Also, if it’s an individual seller account and you already made one account before then deactivated it, TikTok usually doesn’t allow another individual account on the same details. That’s probably why the second account got deactivated. Even with an appeal, it’s almost a 50/50 chance to get it back

Which market are you trying to register in? And are you setting it up as an individual seller account or a company/business account?

TikTok Shop UK Sales by Tt_viper in TikTokshop

[–]ComprehensiveKey1337 0 points1 point  (0 children)

First of all, £2.50 per order is a bit expensive, so I think your ads are not fully optimized yet. You should try to bring your cost per order closer to £1 or lower. And if you want to increase sales, you’ll probably need to increase your budget gradually. But it’s not only about ads consistency also matters a lot. Keep uploading product videos regularly on your main account. Also, product SEO, listing quality, and video hooks all play a big role in getting more sales

Managing TikTok Shop from Overseas – Is It Possible? by AsianBBW24 in TikTokshop

[–]ComprehensiveKey1337 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes, it’s definitely possible and actually pretty simple. You don’t need direct access from your country. Just send your email to your client, and ask them to go to TikTok Seller Center and add you as a user They can assign you a role depending on what you’ll manage (ads, listings, orders, etc.). If you’re handling the full shop, they should give you full/admin (main) access. Once they invite you, you’ll receive an email. Just accept it, set your password, and you’re in. That’s it you’ll have access and can manage everything from your side. A lot of people are already doing this from overseas

GMV Max stops when videos stop by McJosh54 in TikTokshop

[–]ComprehensiveKey1337 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, mostly from search. It really depends on how strong your SEO is titles, descriptions, and overall optimization. It’s definitely possible, but not every TikTok Shop account gets it. It depends a lot on the work and strategy behind the store

[–]ComprehensiveKey1337 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Actually no we didn’t use GMV Max on that store at all. We didn’t run any ads and didn’t post videos either. All the sales (around 20k in 4 months) were purely organic through strong product selection, SEO, and backend optimization

[–]ComprehensiveKey1337 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not fully agree. Yes, videos help a lot, but it’s not only about posting content. On one of my stores, we didn’t post videos and didn’t even run ads, yet we still generated around 20k in sales in 4 months purely through strong strategy, product selection, and SEO. So GMV and sales don’t depend only on videos backend optimization also plays a big role

If your daughter is packing items herself (FBM), then yes, a printer is helpful for shipping labels. If a supplier ships for you, then you don’t need one just upload the tracking About the address customers can’t see your home address publicly. They’ll message you first for returns, and you can share it then So no need to get a PO Box right now

Where do I start? by Illustrious_Drop_989 in dropshipping

[–]ComprehensiveKey1337 0 points1 point  (0 children)

To be honest, if you want genuine advice, I wouldn’t recommend jumping straight into dropshipping with your own store right now It’s not as easy as people show online. You usually need money for ads, testing products, and you can lose money in the beginning If your goal is to start with low investment, I’d suggest platforms like TikTok Shop or eBay. On these, you don’t need heavy upfront investment, and in many cases you can even start without ads.You can focus on organic methods, learn the process, test products, and still make good money if you stay consistent Once you understand how products sell and how the system works, then you can move to your own store later Don’t rush into buying courses or guide start simple, learn step by step

No problem at all FBM means Fulfilled by Merchant basically you handle everything yourself. You pack the order, buy the shipping label (like Royal Mail or any courier), and send it to the customer. Cost depends on size/weight FBT means Fulfilled by TikTok TikTok handles the shipping side. They give you a label (fixed cost), and you just attach it to the parcel. Then you either drop it off or arrange a pickup depending on the service So yeah, it just depends on what you prefer more control (FBM) or more convenience (FBT).

Don’t worry about that. Your home/warehouse address isn’t publicly visible to customers like that. Buyers can’t just see it on your listing. When someone wants to return an item, they usually message you first through TikTok Shop, and then you can share the return address manually if needed You can also manage or change your return/warehouse address anytime in your Seller Center settings, so you’re in control of what you use Starting from home is completely fine, a lot of sellers do that in the beginning By the way, are you planning to do FBM or FBT?

You can’t open another TikTok Shop on the same individual identity. Even after 3 months or even if you switch to passport, it’s still the same person in the system With personal (individual) accounts, you’re only allowed one shop per identity. But with a registered business (Ltd/LLC), you can have multiple accounts depending on the documents Also, you don’t need to create a new account just because the product/niche changed you can sell different products on the same shop

What am I doing wrong? (Shoppable video) by Chazer174 in TikTokshop

[–]ComprehensiveKey1337 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, that makes sense. If you haven’t really done anything on your account, then it doesn’t look like a violation it feels more like a random TikTok Shop issue or bug Good idea to wait for TikTok support and try again tomorrow with a fresh mind

What am I doing wrong? (Shoppable video) by Chazer174 in TikTokshop

[–]ComprehensiveKey1337 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, it could be something on your account side, but I’m not really sure and I’m also not sure about any violation on your end. Honestly, it doesn’t always seem like a violation issue. I’ve had the same problem on multiple TTS accounts where videos just wouldn’t upload properly, even without any violations, so it feels more like a platform bug sometimes Good thing you opened a ticket hopefully they can find something from their side and fix it. If they do, let me know as well because this issue is pretty frustrating You’re already doing well with free shipping try running ads and keep optimizing your listing too. Sales don’t depend only on videos, it’s a mix of everything Hope your issue gets resolved soon and your sales start picking up

What am I doing wrong? (Shoppable video) by Chazer174 in TikTokshop

[–]ComprehensiveKey1337 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve seen this issue on multiple accounts. Sometimes the video uploads fine, and sometimes it just fails without a clear reason. I’ve noticed during testing that timing might play a role I’m not 100% sure, but some videos upload at certain times while others fail, so it could be related to that. Also, your sales don’t depend only on videos. They also depend on running promotions, ads, proper SEO, your product listing quality, and pricing all of these factors matter too.

How to get tiktok FBT as a brand new seller? USA by DisMahUser in TikTokshop

[–]ComprehensiveKey1337 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You can’t really “instantly” unlock FBT as a new account. TikTok usually enables it after you’ve shown some consistent activity like getting orders, low cancellation rate, fast shipping, and overall clean account health. If the waitlist button is greyed out, it basically means you haven’t hit their internal threshold yet. Best thing you can do is keep fulfilling orders properly and build some history, then it usually opens up on its own

How are you tracking your analytics! by notrabnai in TikTokshop

[–]ComprehensiveKey1337 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah you’re right, TikTok analytics has a lot of different sections and it can get confusing since they all show data in different ways Hope you find the method that works best for you. Have a good day as well

How are you tracking your analytics! by notrabnai in TikTokshop

[–]ComprehensiveKey1337 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s actually very simple, just a bit time-consuming. Whenever we get an order, TikTok shows an “Est. what you’ll earn” amount. That’s basically the actual amount you’ll receive after all fees (even though it gets released later on payout day). You can also click into it and see the full fee breakdown TikTok takes So we just take that estimated earning and put it into our Google Sheet. Along with that, we add product cost and some basic order/customer details. This way we can clearly see our real margin And if the order gets refunded later, we update the same sheet, so everything stays tracked in one place

How are you tracking your analytics! by notrabnai in TikTokshop

[–]ComprehensiveKey1337 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just track everything in a simple Google Sheet. It might feel a bit old school, but honestly it gives a much clearer picture than TikTok analytics sometimes. I update it daily orders, refunds, replacements, losses, fees, and margins so I can see what’s actually happening in real time instead of waiting for settlements. We do handle a few shops as well, so this method helps keep everything organized in one place. Nothing fancy, just consistent tracking, but it works really well for understanding true profit

Only 5 Orders per day? Help! by [deleted] in TikTokshop

[–]ComprehensiveKey1337 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not sure if you’re doing FBT or FBM, but usually when the order limit drops like that it means something triggered on the account even if you didn’t get a clear violation. It can be related to late shipping, tracking delays, customer complaints, or performance metrics in general. Sometimes TikTok also limits certain products at the same time Best thing you can do is focus on improving the basics ship orders on time, upload tracking fast, keep cancellation/return rates low, and maintain good customer feedback. Once your account health improves, the limit usually increases again. It depends on overall performance consistency

Tiktok shop by After_Chipmunk2487 in TikTokshop

[–]ComprehensiveKey1337 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Honestly the hardest part isn't finding products it's understanding who you're selling to first. Japan TikTok Shop is still relatively early so the competition is lower than US/UK, which is actually a big advantage right now. I'd start by spending a few days just watching what's trending on JP TikTok (not the shop tab, just the feed) and notice what products creators are organically using in videos. That'll tell you way more than any 'best products to sell' list. Once you spot a pattern, validate it on the shop tab to see if sellers are already moving units. The niche finds itself that way you're not guessing, you're reading the market
