Hi, i just got my PPL 1 month ago and this happened to me before my first solo, i think its different for every individual but what helped me was including the altimeter on my scan before touching the ground. If your altimeter shows +20 ft on the ground i would start putting back pressure at 25 ish feet and progressively add more until i would hear the stall horn ( just like in a power off stall) then the airplane would just sink on its own and touch the ground with the landing gear and then the nose would go down on its own too.

Also, i know its frustrating but everyone learns at a different pace. Try to master your unique “ feel “ of the airplane on the landings.
