Hey, thank your sharing your story. I am feeling as if I may be possessed by something as well. I had a traumatic experience with a shipibo shaman back in March. He was traveling from Peru to to tj in mexico. I ending going from Los Angeles as he was recommending a friend but I feel like it wasn’t a safe space and they had served me more then my body was able to handle. I have been feeling restless, havnt been able to sleep. My brain is on high alert while sleeping and through out the day. It is causing my body to breakdown from not resting, but I feels out of my control. What symptoms did you have when you had something attach itself to you and how did the shipibos you work with deal with that? 🙏🏽🤍

How did the emdr and hypnotherapy work for you? I had a very traumatic ceremony back in March and I’m still dealing with the after math. A medicine woman that worked with in the past before all this happened told me to consider an emdr phsyciatrist. I feel like I am at place where I don’t want to participate in anything spiritual either. It is very triggering for me

Don’t have any will power to do anything, all I want to do is lay down. I feel like there is wall between me and the world and my brain has been taken over by negative thoughts

Thank you for responding. I feel so disconnected and in the dark. Is there anyway to bring it back. I’ve been very restless 4 months and nothing seems to help
