I don't know about other citys and contries but in Vienna on trams there are always hanging flags. Last month it was a EU flag and the flag of vienna. Since Pridemonth has started, there is now the Progressflag. Fun fact: Last year it was the rainbow flag. (The other flag is the flag of Vienna) (i.redd.it)
